Introduction

Are you ready to go down the rabbit hole? To visit a surreal world, where black is white and white is carrots?

A friend, Metacognician in Shanghai, describes the situation as follows: “Life is more absurd than movies. I've gone down the rabbit hole too, when it just becomes more and more strange and you wonder how that all is supposed to make sense.” I asked him if I should just embrace it. He answered, “Why should you ... change the universe?”

It started with a psychotic named Jim Kiraly who resides, we think, at 6329 Twinberry Circle, Avila Beach, California.

Jim Kiraly is a respected citizen. A churchgoer. A Vice President of Transamerica Corporation. And a violent abuser who tried to use an emergency anti-violence measure, one intended to protect battered women, to stop his victim in a wheelchair from writing a book.

Concise enough? :)

For attorneys: Jim Kiraly filed for CLETS against his son and victim, who lived 200 miles away, did not own a car, and was in a wheelchair. His son and victim was not asked to end communications. Jim had no (zero) specific and relevant allegations that were not perjury. But he turned down repeated offers of no-contact and a signed stipulation that gave him everything but CLETS. He insisted on CLETS if his victim ever once “discussed” him with third parties.

In the end, Jim Kiraly signed an agreement far weaker than the ones he'd been offered.

A review of Court paperwork and other materials will tend to confirm that Jim and other parties, including attorneys on all sides, committed multiple felonies, crimes, and faux pas. :P

The word “abuser” is stated here publicly and without equivocation. A formal offer is hereby made to reaffirm the word in writing and under oath. Attorneys will understand the significance of the point. In short, there is little terror of a threatened defamation suit on this side. Actually, we feel that such a suit will fit nicely up Jim Kiraly's abuser ass.

Jim has one son, Ken Kiraly, who invented the Amazon Kindle and is one of the leads at Amazon's secret Lab126. Another son, Tom Kiraly is one of the leads, a Vice President-CFO type, at medical insurance firms, including one of the largest, Humana Corporation.

These people and some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley legal circles have committed or are involved in multiple crimes.

For the next decade or two, we're going to explore the crimes that these people committed, the motivations and the denial involved, the background and histories that led each person to make the choices that they did, and ways to build upon what happened and move towards positive societal goals.

There's plenty to go over. These people committed or were involved in: Spousal abuse, child abuse, DDOS (a highly prosecutable violation of CFAA), extortion, perjury, conspiracy to commit perjury (a possible felony), false police reports, conspiracy to file false police reports (a possible felony), unlawful threats, barratry, defamation, malpractice, civil harassment, criminal harassment, abuse of process, and violations of SCCBA Professional Standards.

The point was to force Jim's oldest son and victim, me, to sign a gag order. I was in a wheelchair. I'd never made a single inappropriate threat against my abuser. I wasn't even asked to not to call anybody. But Jim threatened to put me in a violence database unless I agreed never to write about him.

I won the right to write, but I lost my home of 25 years, most of my possessions, my chances for retirement, everything. Everything but a realization.

I can make a difference. I can conduct research for legitimate and reasonable purposes, document what happened, and analyze the choices of the people involved:

Maggie told me that she didn't know what she could say to me about what happened. However, we have decades to work it out. It will be productive. I'd like to direct the attention of attorneys and other parties to the:

140202 Sunday — Message for Michael Bonetto

Tags: cases kiraly
A full Kiraly Cases tags system will be added in 2014.

140202. This is a copy of a voicemail message that was transmitted on Sunday 140202. Remarks in blue italics are annotations to the text and not part of the message.

Michael, Hi. First, I wouldn't want you to feel that you've received an incomprehensible message. :P

This part is a reference to a little game that Michael Bonetto played during the Kiraly Cases.

If there's an audio problem, by Monday night, you'll find a readable and accurate copy of these remarks posted publicly at michael bonetto dot com.

Second, I'm concerned about the fact that a current or former client of yours, an abuser named Jim Kiraly, seems to be increasingly involved in venues where he may cause harm to others.

To be clear, I assert here, publicly and without equivocation, that Jim Kiraly is an abuser. Do you contest, Michael, that Jim Kiraly is an abuser? Or would Jim Kiraly contest this fact under oath? I'd be pleased to hear a yes or a no. Either response will do.

By the way, I'm still waiting for the defamation suit.

Jim Kiraly might actually attempt a defamation suit at some point. But, if he does, he'll face some fundamental difficulties.

This reminds me. Virginia Chang Kiraly is involved in a defamation suit that strikes me as amusing. I've phoned both of the attorneys involved in that suit. I've also talked to a Detective about the cases. You can read about this at michael bonetto dot com.

Moving on, one purpose of this message is to indicate politely that, in the coming weeks, I intend to convey concerns related to Jim Kiraly, in a Legitimate and Reasonable manner, directly to parties who might be interested in or affected by his actions. If you do not respond, I will assume that you do not object to this appropriate step.

Post continues below the photo.

This is believed to be Jim Kiraly's son. But there's nobody to ask for confirmation. The baby seems to be smiling. He was more serious than most prior to age one, but photos taken subsequently do show smiles. I'd like to know how consistent or inconsistent this is with usual types of autism. Regardless, he was certainly neurodiverse.

I'd also like to know if the smallest of the Teddy Bears pictured here is the one that I still possess. Most of my possessions are gone but I've tried to keep a promise that I made to him in 1962. I've kept him safe.

If something happens to me, I'd appreciate it if others would keep the promise on my behalf.

Jim Kiraly Son

I will, of course, disclose such identifying information regarding the abuser as might be needed to unambiguously identify him and thereby protect members of the public.

Note that responses, other than legal service, should be sent by email to kiralyfoundation at yahoo dot com and nowhere else.

This part is a reference to the fact that, due in no small part to perjury committed by Jim Kiraly and Tom Kiraly, I've lost my home after 25 years. Presently, I'm deciding where to go.

Pismo Beach is one possible destination. For years, Grace Kiraly repeatedly suggested that I move there. Who am I to question her judgment?

However, the matter will require thought.

By the way, you'd best notify me in advance of service as we might need to discuss which Counties, or even States, have jurisdiction. Or you may proceed as you wish; but by now you know that I'm documenting every step that Hoge Fenton has taken for State Bar review. And for review in other venues for decades to come.

Post continues below the photo.

If I remember correctly, this is a Puzzle of a Child. I haven't confirmed that this is him. However, the person that it *probably* is played a significant role in the Kiraly Cases. He passed information to me and my fool of a Father assumed that I'd obtained it by hacking Gmail accounts. As a separate note, a few of my IRC readers have met or seen Puzzle online under different nicks.

Puzzle of a Child
Puzzle of a Child

Second, I'd still like to know who the young lady was that joined you in April 2013. I've asked John Perrott of Thomas Chase Stutzman, but he hasn't responded. I assume that she wasn't your sister as, when you thought that nobody was observing you, there did seem to be a physically charged aspect to your interactions. But this is a minor point and I'm inquiring respectfully.

The young lady in question joined Michael for a hearing in April 2013. But John Perrott wasn't clear about why she was there. This struck me as odd. I don't recall that he ever explained why she'd come.

There's probably a simple explanation.

The body language between Michael and this person *was* striking at one point, though. I don't know if they were ever lovers, but it seemed quite possible.

Third, John Perrott has expressed concerns about the fact that I'm most likely going to waive attorney-client privilege. The part that's relevant is the question of how remarks John made during the Kiraly Cases should be interpreted. My perspective is that I'd simply like the truth to come out.

I'm referring, as one example, to a particular letter sent by my attorney. The letter seems to suggest that John Perrott and you colluded to cheat your client, the abuser known as Jim Kiraly of Redacted La Gaviota, Pismo Beach, California.

There may be a reasonable explanation for the letter that John Perrott sent me about Michael Bonetto. But the letter struck me as interesting.

John talked about how, if we did one thing, Michael might do another. This is sensible. Everybody wants to know how the game is played. One expects one's attorney to be on top of relevant strategies.

But the context for the letter was unusual. And the remarks that John made seemed oddly detailed. It was almost as though John and Michael had agreed that I should do something that would allow Michael to bill his clients more.

The icing on the cake (for my friends overseas, this is a U.S. or U.K. idiom) came subsequently. John did an abrupt about-face and told me not to do what he'd urged me to do previously.

When I asked John for an explanation, he didn't seem to have one. My impression was that he thought for a couple of minutes and made up a story on the spot.

More about the subject will be posted in due course. Most likely, John and/or Michael will be able to clarify the matter. It may not be a significant issue.

However, I'm curious. If it turns out that John Perrott of Thomas Chase Stutzman and Michael Bonetto of Hoge Fenton agreed to drive up the Kiraly Family's costs, is it possible that driving up my costs was part of the deal?

Most likely, there is some misunderstanding. One question for you, though, is whether or not you object to full public disclosure of every scrap of material related to the Kiraly Cases. I've asked John Perrott to tell me if there's a form to fill out that waives attorney-client privilege. So far, John has not responded to the question.

I've grown a bit weary of incessant demands, for more than two years now, that I “shut up”. Demands by everybody, even my own attorney, useless as he is.

I haven't had formal medical care for 10 years. There's been no dentists for over 5 years and my teeth hurt. My fingers and joints are swollen and painful. I'm fatigued to the point where I can't stand up sometimes.

The Kiralys have taken my life savings, opportunities for doctors and dentists, most of my possessions, and even chances for a next generation. They've murdered a potential grandchild.

To this end, they've lied under oath, stalked me, and resorted, it appears, to felonies. All of this stemming from the ridiculous fears of an aging but wealthy abuser, Jim Kiraly of Walnut Creek and Pismo Beach.

All that's left to me is that which I had a right to from the start. The right to talk about what was done to me, to seek redress, and to help others in similar situations.

I'm not likely to “shut up”. Not now and not in the decades to come.

If I sign a waiver of attorney-client privilege, and if I post the waiver publicly, and if I then invite you and others to read everything to do with the Kiraly Cases, will the abuser Jim Kiraly of Redacted La Gaviota, Pismo Beach, California sign a similar waiver?

This is simply a casual question. And, finally, due to prosecutable felonies that your clients, plural, seem to be involved with, for example, violations of CFAA, and based on other factors, I repudiate all past agreements. I'd like to invite you to appear in a related YouTube video.

Do you object to joining me on camera, Michael? Shall we proceed sensibly and end the Kiraly Cases?

Thank you for your time.

140202 Sunday — Letter for Brian Dicrocco

Tags: general
A full Kiraly Cases tags system will be added in 2014.

140202. This is a copy of a letter that has been sent to Brian Dicrocco, apparently of Dhillon & Smith, a firm that may or may not be representing my sister in law, Virginia Chang Kiraly, in legal actions undertaken against John Woodell, who, like Virginia, is or appears to be a political figure in the Menlo Park, California area.

For more about my talk with the Detective mentioned here, scroll down to Saturday or click here.

ATTN: BRIAN DICROCCO

Dear Brian,

Are you the Brian that I spoke with the other day? If so, this is a follow-up letter as we discussed. For contact purposes, the address on this email is probably best for the moment:

kiralyfoundation@yahoo.com

I have a weblog, too. Ken Kiraly can direct you to that. So can Tom Kiraly's attorney (or former attorney), Michael Bonetto of Hoge Fenton in San Jose.

There are some side notes:

Virginia Chang Kiraly Note: For legal purposes, such as DMCA filings, the rights holder of the Virginia Chang Kiraly photo used here does not appear to be the subject of the photo; i.e., Virginia Chang Kiraly. For additional remarks related to DMCA in particular, attorneys and others are advised to click here.

1. I spoke last night with a retired Detective who says that his people looked into the Virginia Chang Kiraly cellphone matter. The Detective offered me advice related to employment in the field of Digital Forensics.

In some respects, he's a man after my own heart. I hope to speak with him again.

2. John Woodell has been to visit my LinkedIn profile and, possibly, my weblog. If it wasn't John Woodell at the weblog, it may have been somebody living in the Detective's old Menlo Park residence. The Detective says it's his understanding that a Federal Agent (or a retired one) may be residing there presently.

3. As I said the other day, it's my request that your employer convey greetings to my little Brother and to his Wife (your employer's client).

You're invited and encouraged to write back.

Regards, Robert (the Old Coder)

140202 Sunday — Topological Theory of Autism

Tags: general
A full Kiraly Cases tags system will be added in 2014.

140202. The other night, I located for Chaos an old document (old by Internet standards, at any rate) that's always struck me as important. There's one part, in particular, that I'd like to share with people. The part in question is quoted below.

To read the document in its entirety, use the following link:

http://autismtheory.org/topotheory.html

Autistic people often compensate for their autism. This is true both for individuals who mask their autism or simulate conventional behavior, and for entire societies which adapt culturally to offset social disconnectedness. The need to compensate for autism arises when an autistic person comes into contact with other people — in other words when there is a local increase in the density of a population containing relatively autistic people.

There are as many kinds of compensation as there are varieties of autism. For example, a person whose autism stems largely from nervous sensitivity so extreme as to preclude most human contact may compensate by meeting others in quiet places with easy exits.

Where the autism stems largely from a congenital bias of instinct toward object-manipulating ability an autistic person may compensate by methodically regarding social interactions as a form of intellectual puzzle involving warm objects.

A compensation strategy possible in most cases is the approach of practice-effort: It is a rare deficit that cannot be at least partly relieved through practice. Practice at compensating for autism can be emotionally demanding because even heroic effort may yield social abilities far below those common in people who make essentially no effort.

The problem is compounded by the general incomprehension of the socially able who, never having experienced radical social difficulty themselves assume it must be like some episode of awkwardness within their experience and thus attribute the autistic person's difficulties to laziness or moral turpitude.

People who through cerebrovascular accidents lose the capacity to speak or walk often sense the incredible complexity underlying commonly effortless acts. In spite of comparable obstacles many autistic people compensate quite successfully for their autism when circumstances require it.

140202 Sunday — Responses for Casey

Tags: general
A full Kiraly Cases tags system will be added in 2014.

140202. Casey is a woman I know through an IRL connection. She used to work at a company near IPT. However, as I understand it, she's semi-retired now.

This is my latest letter to her.

Dear Casey,

I received three letters, I think, from you last week. I wrote a response but I lost it due to an accident. Here's a new response that might be better.

1. Lunch.

If you like, it's presently possible for us to do lunch. If the idea is premature, put it aside; it's simply a thought. I like to do what I can these days to build IRL associations.

2. Apartments.

I'm glad that Baxter turned up. And I wasn't happy about apartment inspections myself. I always felt that things needed to be in perfect order before the managers came.

Even though they didn't maintain the place themselves. They didn't even paint it before I moved in. I lived 25 years with paint that was old to begin with.

Note: I think I explained this before, but I'm not sure. I was in a particular apartment from about 1987 to 2013 and I left it at Christmas 2013.

3. Kitty.

You asked me, “How's the kitty?” I'm not sure of the context. Which cat is being discussed?

4. Resumes.

You made some suggestions related to resumes. The key point was that you feel resumes should focus on lists as opposed to narrative. Upon review of my resume, I see sentences that could be deleted. However, my resume consists primarily of lists already. The issue is format. Due to the number of years and projects involved, some of the lists need to be presented in paragraph form.

5. Tech jobs.

You asked me if I was familiar with a company named Juniper Networks. Yes; one of my former coworkers, Boris, is there. Another one seems to be there too. He “invited” me at LinkedIn just a few minutes ago.

Boris has asked his daughter to talk to me. She's familiar with the state of the tech job market. Juniper Networks, Boris's own firm, has jobs, but most of them have highly specific requirements.

This is the primary issue. Even before age and autism are factored into the equation. I worked on many different projects for decades. My role was generalist. I knew how to do a bit of everything. I was valuable in this role.

But tech jobs are more specialized than they used to be. Firms have added numerous “checkboxes” that need to be present. There's rarely a checkbox labeled “knows a bit of everything” :P

Additionally, due to a rheumatoid condition and legal actions filed by my abuser, I don't have much to show for the past four years. However, tech isn't a lost cause:

* I was rated highly for one contract job in 2012. And a CEO from 2013 is a reference.

* The previous legal actions are over. There will most likely be new legal actions of some type. However, there's no need for concern over the issue.

I've changed since all of this started. I'm willing to use my strengths to fight. I suspect these people know that, whether or not they win in legal venues, future actions won't turn out as they wish. In fact, by now, they're aware that past actions were inadvisable.

Paper Soldiers

* Some people aren't interested in doing much. But others are willing to help. Or at least to talk. Your own offers to look into possibilities are appreciated.

* One CEO, Alex Polvi of CoreOS, who talked to me last week seemed interested. He even visited my business channel at Freenode.

CoreOS is a Linux venture that intends to be bigger than Red Hat. I was tempted to ask for a trial run there. But it wasn't clear that I was a match.

It's important that there be a match. Due to the legal actions, my net worth after debt is likely to hit zero. I've lost my home and, technically, I'm a transient now. I'll most likely get just one more shot at things. If it's going to be tech, a junior role where I'm clearly in my element will be better than a senior role that's a roll of the dice. Or a role of the dice <- joke :P

So I didn't press for a position at CoreOS. But I haven't ruled out tech entirely.

6. Medical issues.

The medical issues are still a concern. My hands are swelling up; both of them, this time. It's difficult to type today; a finger that hadn't troubled me recently is up to about twice normal volume.

Something else, or the same thing, got into my thyroid or hypothalamus five years ago. I'm not sleepy in any normal way as I write this. However, though it's the middle of the day, I can scarcely sit up and remain awake.

I'm probably disabled by government standards, but I can't be sure until I obtain a formal diagnosis. And presently there's no way to do that.

On a related note, I can't do the physical labor jobs in Wyoming that you talked about. The suggestion is appreciated and I can handle light physical labor. But I'm 55 years old, tired and ill, and I can't stand up some days. It isn't possible for me to compete with young people for jobs that involve primarily standing up, lifting things, etc.

7. Introductions.

You sent me a proposed cover letter. I've made some edits, primarily to make the letter more casual. Casual will work better. The revised version is below. What do you think? If you like it, send this part to any friends who may be interested.

(start of cover letter)

My friend Robert is experienced. He's worked on a wide range of projects for over 30 years. Over the last 20 years, he's become proficient in a few specialties, including Linux, Perl, Open Source, and some aspects of networks, including both servers and clients.

Robert has also built diverse administrative and operational skills. He's done technical writing, training, and customer support, and has vetted proposals, contracts, and documents of other types. In recent years, he's added to “people” and he presently teaches both children and adults online. Subjects range from algebra to webdev.

The range of experience means that thought is needed as he approaches a job market that is increasingly specialized. Robert would like advice.

He hopes to work, not simply to support himself, but to be part of a team again. If possible, review his information and ask questions. Robert would be pleased to talk on a casual basis.

(end of cover letter)

8. Recruiters.

You asked me if I'd “signed on” with any recruiters. I spent about two years, a while back, trying to find recruiters who might be useful. Then I did recruiting myself and learned more about the process.

In-house recruiters are useful. However, as a rule, job seekers should avoid third-party recruiters, though there are exceptions. You might know of some of the exceptions, and I'll come back to this.

In most cases, third-party recruiters, the generic type who are often from India, have no special contacts. Such recruiters pretend to be associated with employers but there is no connection. They use the same public job listings that everybody else has access to.

Recruiters of this type require job seekers to sign agreements that lock them into things. They edit resumes to insert false information. In some cases, they “blast” resumes out to random companies. These and other recruiter practices may damage a job seeker's prospects.

Most importantly, employers don't like recruiters of this type. Companies discriminate against job seekers who use them. If somebody is hired through such recruiters regardless, compensation may be much lower because of the way that fees are structured.

With recruiters, therefore, as with most things in life, contacts matter. If you know of recruiters who you trust, I'd be pleased to speak with them.

This is usual. We teach children that there's a system and that things are well-defined and logical. But the truth is that society functions the same way now that it did thousands of years ago. Life is about the groups that you belong to and the people that you know.

9. Being positive.

You asked me, “Are you doing any better these days? It can be damn difficult to remain positive when your life feels shredded.”

My life was unusual from the start. In a sense, it was “shredded” by age 9. I was shy, frightened most of the time, and circa age 13, I think, I disappeared.

More precisely, I fell into Time.

People talk about the fact that abuse is undesirable. And about the fact that neurodiverse kids ought to be helped. Try to imagine the two things together. And people don't talk as much about what happens when abuse doesn't stop and there is no help.

I'd like to write more about this. But the part that matters presently is that I'm sure of the answer that I'd like to give you.

If being positive means accepting what people do to you and not fighting back, taking it on faith that things are going to get better, never talking about unpleasant subjects, and making sacrifices that aren't appropriate, I'm never going to be like that again.

I'd like to think, though, that being positive means something different:

Learning what you're good at. Fighting back, hard, when it's necessary. Smiling as you fight. Trying to make things better. Speaking as loudly as possible about things that ought to be discussed. And sacrificing to help those who do need it.

I'm physically ill, Casey. Long-term untreated rheumatoid condition. I've been sick since 2001. No doctors after 2003 except for charity. No dentists for about six years either. It's this part that might end me.

But, in the context I've described above, I do feel positive. If I can avoid being homeless, if I can fight, if I can write, and if I can have a few people, I'll be O.K. while I'm here.

Regards, Robert (the Old Coder)

140201 Saturday — Kiraly Truth is Stranger than Fiction

Tags: general
A full Kiraly Cases tags system will be added in 2014.

140201. As the saying goes, “Truth is stranger than fiction.” The Kiraly Cases are no exception.

Virginia Chang Kiraly Note: For legal purposes, such as DMCA filings, the rights holder of the photo used here does not appear to be the subject of the photo. For additional remarks related to DMCA in particular, attorneys and others are advised to click here.

As of early 2014, Virginia Chang Kiraly, the wife of Ken Kiraly, my sister in law, and a political figure on the Bay Area Peninsula, is involved in a legal dispute with John Woodell, another political figure in the area.

Yesterday, I decided to introduce myself to the attorneys involved. I left a polite voicemail message for one attorney and spoke with somebody who seemed to be another attorney's administrative assistant.

Last night, somebody in Menlo Park, or who appeared to be in that city, went through my blog for about three hours. I geolocated him (or her). My visitor appeared to be a retired Police Detective.

As the Detective was apparently still awake late at night, busy analyzing my sites, I obtained his (or her) phone number and phoned him (or her) at 12:30am this morning.

It seemed like the thing to do at the time.

A man answered. I said, “I'm looking for Detective Redacted, who seems to be going through my website tonight. I geolocated a visitor to the website. He lives at the IRL address Redacted in Menlo Park, California. Is this you?”

The man replied, “I'm Detective Redacted. I'm not visiting your website. However, I used to live at the IRL address in question. I'm intrigued. What is this all about?”

I said “Oops, sorry,” and explained the situation.

Detective Redacted said, “This is curious. I live 1,000 miles away. However, I've met Virginia Chang Kiraly. Possibly Ken Kiraly too, but I don't remember. My people worked on the cell phone case that's related to the litigation.”

“And that *was* my house in Menlo Park,” he added. “I'm concerned that my information wasn't cleared properly when I moved. Give me the IPV4 and let's examine this.”

I did as requested. For a change, I was dealing with somebody who was not the least bit impressed or dismayed by information processing. It was a nice experience.

To locate the Detective, I'd proceeded as follows: Obtain the IPV4 for a visitor. Geolocate to obtain longitude and latitude. Use those coordinates to obtain a street address. Use a reverse address lookup to obtain a name.

“How did you get my phone number?” the Detective asked. “It's on your own website,” I told him. “And your website needs work.”

“I know,” the Detective said. “It's just a placeholder based on an XML template.” I told him to look at Twitter Bootstrap. By now I was really starting to like this guy.

The address issue was simple. We figured out that the reverse directory that I'd used was outdated. The Detective cautioned me that there were potential weaknesses in the other steps too.

He added that I should seek certification in digital forensics as this might lead to profitable employment. I might be able to earn a living doing things that came naturally to me.

Virginia Chang Kiraly case leads to forensics discussion
Virginia Chang Kiraly case leads to forensics discussion

I asked the Detective if I was qualified to work in a Police Department. He explained that the point might be moot as budget cuts have damaged America's Police Departments.

“There's something else,” the Detective noted. “I believe that my old house is now occupied by a Federal Agent.”

He and I talked a bit about the implications of *that*. Then I thanked him and we said good-night.

I looked at things further after the call. John Woodell had visited my LinkedIn page. Maybe the person in the Detective's old house was an associate of Mr. Woodell. Or perhaps Ken Kiraly or Virginia Chang Kiraly were “calling in favors”. But, if so, their goals weren't clear.

Close examination of data turned up a final clue:

file:///Users/woodie/Desktop/christfollower/\
topics/legal/121220_settlenotes.html
file:///Users/woodie/Desktop/christfollower/\
topics/legal/121220_settlement.html

Explanation: Somebody named “woodie” has downloaded me and is reading me offline. But website tracking code works even in offline mode.

In this example, “woodie” is interested in my settlement notes. Is “woodie” John Woodell? A friend of Ken Kiraly's? A Federal Agent? Somebody else? It's difficult to say.

The forensics illustration used above is in the public domain. The original author was ErrantX.

140129 Wednesday — Charles Artisan Painting

Tags: artwork
A full Kiraly Cases tags system will be added in 2014.

140129. Here's another Space Painting by Charles Artisan.

Charles is a retired electrician. He's observed me IRL and has offered to take me to a hospital as I've experienced mobility and breathing problems.

I've told Charles that thought is needed as I don't have medical insurance. The delusions of the Kiralys notwithstanding, hospitals are not free.

As a thank-you to Charles for his kindness, I'm helping him to put his artwork online.

This painting required a bit of work for conversion. It was too wide for a normal scanner. I scanned two halves of the picture separately via Xsane and used the GIMP to combine the resulting pieces.

Joins of this type can be problematic. But I positioned the painting during the scans so as to create overlap. Then I deleted part of the overlap and kept the part that worked best. After that, I used the GIMP Resynthesizer plugin to remove most signs of the join. Finally, I used NetPBM to adjust contrast slightly and ImageMagick to scale.

Charles has this to say:

“The painting is called Foggy Beach. This one doesn't display planets etc. but it's part of my Space Painting series and was done using my usual methods. I'm especially happy with how the beach and water came out.”

140128 Tuesday — Jim Kiraly St. John's Update

140128. I “gather information” as time permits for a number of Legitimate and Reasonable Purposes. Attorneys who have an interest in the subject should click here to review related points.

That said, I see that the abuser Jim Kiraly of La Gaviota in Pismo Beach is still associated with St. John's Church in the area. The document excerpted below seems to confirm this. I've got no special conclusions related to this information. One step at a time.

140124 Friday — Tom Kiraly Birthday

A full Kiraly Cases tags system will be added in 2014.

140124. Today, January 24, 2014, is Tom Kiraly's 54th birthday.

I'm a bit preoccupied.

At Christmas, I lost my home of 25 years. Perjury committed by Tom Kiraly was a contributing factor.

I'm not sure where to move now, though Pismo Beach, California is a possibility. For years, Grace Kiraly urged me to move to Pismo Beach, and the area has much to offer. But other States and Cities are possibilities too.

I've got what I've been told is a rheumatoid condition. My hand is swelling up again. I go into a sort of shock that's probably related. There are no doctors or dentists. I've received little treatment since 2003.

Tom Kiraly took my dentists However, why be negative? A positive perspective will allow me to walk without pain. If I smile enough, my teeth won't hurt any longer. If I'm uncomfortable, it's simply my “choice”. Nobody else needs to take responsibility for their decisions. The idea that others should do so is nonsensical.

I'm also busy tidying up matters related to the Kiraly Cases. Admittedly, issues related to Michael Bonetto of Hoge Fenton and John Perrott of Thomas Chase Stutzman are interesting. John has been pressing me for weeks not to talk about this part. But we'll come back to it at the appropriate time.

But Tom Kiraly's birthday shouldn't pass unremarked as the occasion played a role in the Kiraly Cases.

Two years ago today, give or take a few days, I phoned Tom Kiraly with his full consent. It was a Happy Birthday call that was scheduled in advance. Tom subsequently lied under oath and described the call as “stalking”.

Tom Kiraly and family The legal filings in the Kiraly cases also implied that there were claims Tom Kiraly, then Vice President of Humana Corporation and presently Vice President of Sheridan Health Care, raped his daughter Riane Kiraly, molested his son James Kiraly (no connection to Tom's own abuser James Kiraly the elder), and beat his son Michael Kiraly.

Fantasy Submitted by Tom Kiraly Or perhaps Tom Kiraly meant that, in the fantasy that was constructed for the Court, he'd battered and raped his wife Karen Louise Kiraly, daughter of Don Washmon and Jean Washmon. It wasn't clear because nothing was spelled out. Truly, Tom is a lovely person.

Ken Kiraly It's possible the story was supposed to be that Tom Kiraly, the Vice President of Sheridan Healthcare, molested Ken Kiraly's sons James (no connection to the other two James Kiralys) and Paul (no connection to the Paul who committed suicide in 2011).

It's difficult to be sure of the legal papers are trying to say. This was, of course, Michael Bonetto's intention.

Note to Tactician: This version is blunt. But I'd like people to think about what it means... When wealthy criminals such as Jim Kiraly and Tom Kiraly can make accusations without needing to make accusations, when they can simply imply that things have happened... It's not a usual situation.

As a related note, I'm pleased to repeat here, publicly and without equivocation, that all remarks I made in 2012 concerning abuse were related to Jim Kiraly the elder, the one who was a resident of Pismo Beach at the time, La Gaviota area, and that all assertions of fact connected to abuse were unambiguously true.

Article continues below the photo.

This might be Tom Kiraly as opposed to Ken Kiraly. Not sure. If it's Tom, I don't believe the tree is the one that served as our imaginary friend. The scene seems to be connected to a family outing and is not set in the backyard in Pacifica where the imaginary friend lived.

This might be Tom Kiraly; I'm not sure
Might be Tom Kiraly

Tom Kiraly did make one specific accusation that was entirely true. I'd tried to give Tom some books that had been written by our Grandfather Ivan Kmeta. Michael Bonetto, Tom's attorney, cited my attempt to give Tom our Grandfather's books as an example of... I've never understood what, exactly.

There is some reason to believe that Tom may also be connected directly or indirectly to felonies committed by a party in Dallas, Texas. Note: I've posted the approximate location of that party before.

It would be reasonable to say that Tom Kiraly's actions have had a negative impact on my life.

A few people, including my attorney John Perrott of Thomas Chase Stutzman and a tattooed woman I'll refer to as Lilith, among others, believe that Tom Kiraly will face judgment by God or that “karma” will play a role in his future.

This is possible, but I'm interested in the tangible world as well as the intangible one. Therefore, it's my intention to “gather information” about Tom Kiraly and other parties for Legitimate and Reasonable Purposes, including but not limited to Purposes outlined in the document linked below:

Purposes for Gathering Information

As always, attorneys or others interested in the Kiraly Cases are advised to review the document in question.

Article continues below the photo.

This photo shows Tom Kiraly (left) and LittleCoder (right) circa 1964. Tom was friendly until school age. But, after Tom turned age six, he realized that his Brother was different and didn't speak with him again. Tom didn't imagine that LittleCoder had feelings or consider him to be real. LittleCoder was there to be mocked. And, in the end, hunted down by Tom Kiraly and destroyed.

Tom Kiraly has made an issue, in the Kiraly Cases, of the fact that he and I didn't speak much for decades. Some of that is perjury. If Tom's senile mother, Grace Kiraly, is placed on the witness stand, additional facts about the Kiralys will come out. But the bottom line is that all of this was Tom's “choice” and not mine.

I asked Tom Kiraly about the issue in 2012. He replied, “I don't want to talk about it”.

The transition out of my home, which I lost at Christmas 2013, has taken up most of my research time recently. However, Legitimate and Reasonable steps consisting of simple Google searches have turned up two minor points:

1. Grace Kiraly, Riane's Grandmother, spoke proudly of Riane over the years and the public news item archived at this link tends to confirm the picture that Grace painted. Riane did well at an academic competition that she attended in 2002 as a sixth-grader. At the time, she was apparently a student at Cross Timbers Middle School in the vicinity of Grapevine, Texas.

There isn't much to conclude from this public news item. Riane Kiraly was always perceived, if Grace was to be believed, as the one who was going to be successful. Grace seemed to feel that Riane's Brothers James Kiraly (the younger) and Michael Kiraly were slightly odd.

In James Kiraly's case (the child James as opposed to Grace's husband James), it was supposedly due to mistakes that Tom Kiraly and Karen Kiraly had made. I never fully understood what the issue with Michael Kiraly was, but it was my impression that he was viewed as sickly.

2. Multiple public filings and/or public web pages indicate that Tom Kiraly and/or Karen Kiraly have set up an LLC (i.e., a Limited Liability Corporation) based, at least in theory, in Colleyville, Texas, and made their children (Riane, James, and Michael) Members of the LLC. Tom and Karen themselves are listed as Managers as opposed to Members.

Tom Kiraly and Karen Kiraly Texas LLC

The LLC apparently has a generic name, Morgan Walker, that's shared with other LLCs. This particular LLC (the Kiraly Family Texas company) was, public records suggest, initiated on October 19, 2009. Its Texas State ID number is believed to be 801183522.

Karen Kiraly LLC The purpose of the Kiraly Texas LLC is not yet clear. But there is no indication, at this stage of the research, that there are problems with the LLC such as tax issues or legal issues. It might be a perfectly ordinary setup.

After all, typical American families often incorporate and put all of the children into LLCs.

The front row here, left to right, is: Grace Kiraly (nothing much), Ken Kiraly (lead engineer at Amazon Lab126 and inventor of the Amazon Kindle), and Scott Kiraly (nothing much, serious OCD, potentially violent when young, sort of an ass later on but too heavy to move around much).

140124 Friday — Charles Artisan Painting

140124. I'm staying temporarily with transients. Charles Artisan, a retired electrician, is one of them.

Charles is a Christian of a different sort. Different from John Perrott, Grace Kiraly, Ivan Kmeta, Tactician, Brazen, Thermal Physicist, and others.

They are all different from each other. Looking back, I should have realized long ago that the nature of Faith is variable.

In some cases, people define their Faith. They cut it out of cardboard as one might do to create a toy sword. The cardboard Faith serves as a tool that's used for profit, to mock, or to harm.

The person that bore me, Grace Kiraly, is an example of this category.

In other cases, the Faith that people have defines *them*. It requires them to do things that are not convenient. Faith may even involve sacrifice. This is the case with many of the people of Faith that I've met in recent years. Tactician, Thermal Physicist, and Charles Artisan seem to belong to this category.

John Perrott, which of the two categories do you belong to? Speak. I'm curious.

Charles Artisan is not, as I understand it, a churchgoer. But he met God face to face about 35 years ago. He learned about activities on a higher plane. Activities that might last for all of Eternity but would never grow old. Those who sing Hosannah as the eons pass, Charles learned, have reasons to do so. The meeting made an impression on him.

Charles has been painting for a number of years. I've started to scan his works. I'm helping him to put the works online. Charles explains his entry into the art world as follows:

”I never went near anything called art for decades. My six year old came home from school one day with a book named How to Draw 50 Birds and said, Let's draw, Daddy. I said, Daddy can do a lot of things, but I can't draw, Sweetheart. She looked at me with a puzzled look and stated, yes, you can, it's just lines, circles, and ovals.“

“And in about an hour, I drew a humming bird that was beyond my Expectations. I now appreciate art and when I look at other's works, I think to myself... how did they do that? But I'm not afraid of art any more and I love looking at it and doing it.”

I've met the daughter referred to here. She's older now. Attends the same school that, I believe, Scott Kiraly attended. It's an unexpected connection. But the girl isn't full of hatred as Scott was.

The painting below is titled Mist. It's one of Charles's Space Paintings. Though the scene doesn't involve Outer Space, the techniques used here are the same as with the others.

140124 Friday — Dog Reflects on Life

A full Kiraly Cases tags system will be added in 2014.

140124. A doggy friend, freshly groomed, reflects. What is the issue that he's focused on? It might be Dinner, the primary concern of a dog's life. But perhaps he's considering deeper issues.

Where did he bury the lost toy? Has he spent his canine career wisely? Is it time to move from DVDs to online video? We hope that he found the answers that he's seeking.

140124 Friday — Baconsism

Tags: general
A full Kiraly Cases tags system will be added in 2014.

140124. Two people talked to me recently about their perceptions of me. The conversations were simultaneous but went in different directions. The points raised were interesting enough that I'll share them here. Note: Parts are edited for length and clarity.

1. Bacon Bits said, “OldCoder, if there was a God I honestly would think it would be you. The amount of knowledge you have seems endless, and the way you talk makes you sound like it.”

The context was a discussion of a visitor that I had months ago, the one who spoke of Ha'Kodesh. If you're curious about the Ha'Kodesh visitor, click here.

Bacon Bits added, “One thing I sometimes ponder, OldCoder. I am an atheist but I see God-like patterns happen that don't seem like coincidences. I have thought before what if the world is just my mind? Solipsism.”

I told him that he'd reminded me of a passage from Mark Twain's final book, The Mysterious Stranger:

“It is true, that which I have revealed to you; there is no God, no universe, no human race, no earthly life, no heaven, no hell. It is all a dream — a grotesque and foolish dream. Nothing exists but you. And you are but a thought — a vagrant thought, a useless thought, a homeless thought, wandering forlorn among the empty eternities.”

I don't espouse this viewpoint but the novel is recommended reading for young philosophers.

The Mysterious Stranger is a work of fiction set in Austria, the land of Jim Kiraly's and Tom Kiraly's ancestors.

The cast of characters originally included Tom Sawyer, Huckleberry Finn, and a teenage angel named Satan. However, Mark Twain dropped Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn from the version that most Twain fans are familiar with; specifically, the version completed by Albert Paine after Twain's death.

There's a fun note about a film version. In 1985, parts of the book were woven into a Claymation film named The Adventures of Mark Twain that's rumored today to have been banned. The directory, Will Vinton, has stated that the film wasn't actually banned. Instead, it had trouble finding a market because its adult themes didn't jibe well with perceptions that animated films were strictly for kids.

The 1985 film is about Mark Twain's attempt to commit suicide by crashing an airship into Halley's Comet. Tom Sawyer, Huckleberry Finn, and Becky Thatcher join Mark Twain on the suicide flight. En route to the Halley's Comet, the four characters meet Young Satan from The Mysterious Stranger.

Huckleberry Finn observes that “Satan is a sorry name for an angel”. However, it should be noted that Young Satan is not Lucifer but his nephew instead. In fact, Young Satan's family commands respect in Heaven.

Grace Kiraly would have considered Twain's book to be “Satanic” and the 1985 film to be an example of “Secular Humanism”. The interesting part is that the book is, in a manner of speaking, about Grace herself and the Kiralys as a group.

In the book, Young Satan visits a Middle Ages Austrian town and reveals surprising truths to children who live there; most importantly, that the self-righteous are the true manifestation of Evil in the World. The “good” people, people similar to Grace Kiraly, to her Son, Tom Kiraly, and to Tom's Father Jim Kiraly, are the ones who destroy lives, who torture people, and who kill others; all without rhyme, reason, or cause.

When I was a boy, I thought the book was interesting. I believe it remains relevant today.

If you're curious, click here to read The Mysterious Stranger. There's a screenshot from the movie version below, followed by a YouTube video clip.

Grace Kiraly and Secular Humanism

2. Chaos said, “ur cool. u care. u understand. intelligent.”

I pointed out that there's a Bell Curve of responses to me. That much of the population reacts positively to me these days but that part reacts negatively.

Chaos replied, “their loss. who are they anyway?”

I told Chaos, “Some people are animals. Not real. There are people who are real. Who may be dangerous or kind or both. These are the ones who can feel. The ones who are real can see me. And people who can see me... they seem to be pleased.”

Chaos said, “ok good. like me :) oh u don't like animals? i like animals.”

I responded, “You don't need to be predictable. And I do like animals. I don't like animals who hunt me.

Chaos inquired, “ok. but they can't see u?”

I said, “No inconsistency. They can't see what I am. I'm my core principles; they're me. I don't like people who are nothing more than beasts of the field. But I try not to hate them.”

Chaos said, “oh ok. u like domesticated. do u hunt wild?”

The answer required thought. In the end, I said: “Don't overwork the metaphor; it'll squeak. I don't hunt. What I'll do, I'm still working out. But I do know I'm done with running.”

I've slept on it and I'll add this now:

“I can see the World. There's power in this. I gave away my life and can't get it back. But I *am* done running. There are those who are perturbed by this. Because, if you can see the World, all of it, you can see what holds things together. This is a useful ability.”
